Picture This Gallery, and its director Mira Scott, of  124 Arrow Rd, St 5, Chase Building, Hilton Head Island, will present Rabbi Dr Arthur Segal, of Hilton Head Island,  who will speak on ''The Life, Politics and Artistry of Arthur Szyk'', the famous 20th century Jewish illustrator on December 17, at 5:30 PM. Rabbi Segal is the author of a Handbook to Jewish Spiritual Renewal: A Path of Transformation for the Modern Jew and A Spiritual and Ethical Compendium to the Torah and Talmud. Rabbi Segal teaches an on-line class that one may audit for free on the Spiritual and Ethical Concepts in the Torah and the Talmud, for Hebrew College, of Newton Centre, MA. Rabbi Segal was scholar-in-residence at Congregation Mickve Israel, the third oldest Jewish congregation in the USA, and was ritual chairman at HHI's Temple Beth Yam. He and his wife Ellen have visited over 161 countries throughout  the world, and Rabbi has lectured at Synagogues in many of them.
