The Grande Finale of the National Youth Arts Month Celebration The HILTON HEAD Island School Council for the Arts RISING STARS youth performing arts talent competition will feature the brightest young performers in Southern Beaufort County. Budding actors, dancers, musicians, and singers will take the spotlight in the final round of the competition on the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina's Elizabeth Wallace Theater stage.
 
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students ages 15 and under. Don't miss the fun! 1st place prizes sponsored by
Rabbi Dr. Arthur and Ellen SEGAL  Charitable Trust for the Arts.
